A new electricity package on the market – Fixed Plan

Alexela’s new electricity package Fixed Plan is a particularly practical choice for customers who value convenience and certainty. It is especially suitable for apartment residents and homes with lower, stable electricity consumption, offering an agreed amount of energy for a fixed monthly fee for 12 months.

Alexela’s family of electricity customers has just gained a new product aimed at apartment customers with low consumption — Fixed Plan.

The new Alexela electricity package Kindel Maht is suitable primarily for apartments and homes with low electricity usage, where the monthly consumption stays below 200 kWh. With this package, the customer receives a fixed amount of electricity for a set monthly fee, without needing to monitor prices every day.

“Fixed Plan was created for people who value peace of mind and certainty regarding their monthly expenses. This package provides confidence: you know exactly how much you will pay and can manage your family budget more easily,” explains Alexela’s private customer segment manager Ester Ausmees.

If consumption exceeds the agreed amount slightly, only a transparent and fixed fee for the exceeded kilowatt-hours is added. The contract is open-ended and can be changed at any time without early termination fees. The package does not include network services, state taxes, or excise duties.
