Notice to electricity customers

We informed some of our customers today about the debt that had occurred, but mistakenly they also received a notice about the termination of the contract. We apologize to all our customers who were unexpectedly affected by this misleading notification. We also sent an additional message to the affected customers, explaining that it was a mistake on our part. The exact reasons for the situation are still being investigated.
