How to sign an electricity contract?
- First, sign a network contract with the network operator.
To do this, contact the network operator in your area — in Estonia, the largest one is Elektrilevi.
If there is a change of ownership at the consumption location, the previous customer must submit an application to terminate the network contract. The new owner must sign a new network contract within 30 days after the previous owner has submitted the termination application. - Sharing consumption data.
Once the network contract has been signed, grant Alexela permission to receive your consumption data in the Elering customer portal. - If the network contract is in place, you can sign an electricity supply contract with Alexela via Alexela self-service, by email at alexela@alexela.ee or by calling +372 629 0000.
