Displaying Business Client Payment Card in Alexela App
For security reasons, it is necessary in the Alexela mobile app that the business customer's payment card is linked to a specific card user's personal code.If you do not see the business customer's payment card in the Alexela app, check in the Alexela self-service whether your personal code is linked to the respective payment card. You can find this information under Services - Cards - Payment card.
