- Starter Rich chicken liver pate with Amaretto, perfectly complemented by caramelized brioche and blackcurrant-tarragon compote.
- Main course Juicy grilled duck fillet with thyme-wine sauce, served with rosemary roasted oven potatoes and freshly made sauerkraut vinaigrette.
