We respect your right to request data deletion. We will consider your request, but in certain cases, we cannot delete the data immediately because the law requires us to retain it.
- We cannot delete data if you have a valid contract.
- If the contract has ended, we can delete customer data only after 3 years from the end of the contract (the statute of limitations for possible contract-related claims).
- In addition, we retain transaction data for 7 years for accounting and tax compliance purposes.
If your goal is to opt-out of marketing offers, you can do so conveniently in self-service (in marketing and notification settings) - there is no need to delete data for this.
