Between June 4th and June 30th, a technical error occurred in our digital stamp system, as a result of which private customers received more digital stamps for their fuel transactions than specified in the loyalty program.
- As of July 1st, the error has been fixed — the correct number of digital stamps is now displayed and calculated for customers once again.
- Customers who received an incorrect stamp calculation will have their transactions recalculated.
- You can view the transaction calculations in the self-service portal.
- If a customer has already used the extra digital stamps, the number of collected stamps may appear as negative after the recalculation (e.g., “-5 digital stamps”).
- This does not mean the customer is in debt — the negative balance will decrease as new digital stamps are collected.
