Starting from October 27, 2025, the current loyalty program discounts will be replaced with the following:

• Personalized “Minu Alexela” customer discounts, available as coupons in the Alexela app.
• Fuel discount: Customers with an Alexela electricity and/or natural gas contract receive a 3 cents/litre discount when purchasing motor fuels from Alexela.
• Birthday fuel discount: Customers enrolled in the loyalty program receive a 5 cents/litre discount on their birthday, as well as 5 days before and 5 days after their birthday.

Alexela customers earn bonus points, also known as digital stamps, for every purchase they make (including fuel, electricity, gas, and café-store purchases).

You will receive one digital stamp (1 bonus point) for each of the following:

• At least 10 liters (or 10 kg) of fuel purchased
• A purchase of at least €10 from an Alexela café-store
• At least 25 kWh of electric vehicle charging
• A trailer rental of at least €10
