  • The organiser of the Alexela campaign "Collect digital stamps and win" (hereafter Campaign) is AS Alexela, Rosen 11, 10111 Tallinn (hereafter Campaign Organiser).
  • The campaign period is 17.06- 31.08.2021. The campaign is organised and conducted in Estonia.
  • The Grand Prize of the Campaign is a draw for a Skoda Scala CNG (Scala Ambition 1.0 TSI G-TEC CNG 66kW 6 gear Manual, Imagine package, metal colour: Blue, 16´´ alloy wheels) for life, with a year’s supply of fuel. The amount for the year’s supply of fuel is €1 000 (one thousand). The value of the Grand Prize is 19 870 (nineteen thousand eight hundred seventy) Euros (including VAT). The value of the one year supply of fuel is 1 000 (one thousand) Euros. An Alexela gift certificate (in the form of a payment card) that is loaded with €1 000 (one thousand), will be set aside for the winner. There will be each week a draw for an interim prize of an Alexela gift certificate of 50 Euros. The total value of the interim prizes is €500 (five hundred). The total value of the prize pool is 21 370 (twenty one thousand three hundred seventy) Euros.
  • The participants in the draw for the Campaign Grand Prize (Skoda Scala CNG) are all Home Card clients that have collected at least 10 digital stamps during the campaign period (17.06-31.08.2021). 10 digital stamps give 1 virtual ticket for the draw. The client will receive an additional ticket for each further 10 digital stamps, increasing the chance of winning. The number of virtual draw tickets that a Home Card client can collect is not limited. All Home Card clients that have collected by the time of the draw at least 1 digital stamp will participate in the interim draws taking place each week.
  • Digital stamps can be earned with the following activities:
    • Refuelling at an Alexela petrol station during the campaign period with at least 30 litres of one of the following fuels: petrol 95, petrol 98, diesel fuel, special marked diesel fuel or 10 kg LPG or CNG car gas; or
    • Purchasing grilling or household gas, or
    • Making a purchase of at least 5 Euros in an Alexela convenience store (see the following point for exclusions applicable to purchases), or
    • By signing and having a contract for Alexela electricity or natural gas (i.e. the Home Card client has a valid Alexela electricity or natural gas contract at the time of the interim and/or Grand Prize draw). The participant receives a unique digital stamp that is displayed in the Alexela self-service at the end of the Campaign period.
  • Digital stamps cannot be collected with the following activities:
    • Purchasing a gift certificate or paying with a gift certificate;
    • Filling up bulk windscreen washer fluid;
    • Redemption of a gas cylinder;
    • Using the cash withdrawal services;
    • Hiring a trailer.
  • The personalised Home Card must be registered for each purchase or refuelling to collect a digital stamp.
  • The standings of the digital stamps are updated once within every 24 hours and can be monitored in the self-service at the address minu.alexela.ee or in the Alexela app.
  • Please contact the client services of the Campaign Organiser, if the digital stamps are not included in the self-service due to forgetting to register the Home Card or technical reasons and the corresponding digital stamps will be added at the latest within 2 weeks of giving notice in justified cases.
  • The interim draws will take place 28.06, 05.07, 12.07, 19.07, 26.07, 02.08, 09.08, 16.08, 23.08, 30.08 using a computer and randomiser. All Home Card clients that have collected at least 1 digital stamp at the time of the draw are participating. The Campaign Organiser will contact the prize winners by telephone or e-mail.
  • The winner of the Grand Prize will be drawn with the assistance of a randomiser that will check the fulfilment of the named conditions and will be announced within 5 (five) days after the end of the Campaign. The Campaign Organiser will deliver the prize to the winner by the latest on 30.09.2021.
  • The winner of the Grand Prize of the Campaign is obligated to agree to an interview, filming and photography and the publishing of the content on the Alexela web and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram). The given content may be used by the Campaign Organiser in the listed channels for 12 months from the time of drawing the prize. The corresponding agreement is a prerequisite for delivery of the Grand Prize.
  • The Campaign Organiser will contact the winner of the Grand Prize personally and agree on a place and time for the delivery of the award.
  • The Campaign Organiser has the right not to deliver the prize and draw a new winner from among the Campaign participants, if for reasons not dependent on the Campaign Organiser, it has not been possible to contact the winner within the 7 (seven) days following the draw.
  • A valid identification document (passport, ID card) must be presented to receive the prizes.
  • The state taxes connected to the Grand Prize and expenses for registering the vehicle that is the prize are paid by the Campaign Organiser. Any other expenses related to the delivery of the Grand Prize will be borne by the winner of the Grand Prize.
  • The Campaign Organiser has the right not to deliver a prize, if the winners do not correspond with the conditions stipulated by the organiser, the winners have presented false data or if it has not been possible to contact winners during the time period specified in the rules.
  • The prizes will not be replaced by another type of prize or paid out in cash at the demand of the participant.
  • Digital stamps cannot be exchanged into cash.
  • Only private clients that are at least 18 years old with a Home Card can participate in the draw for the Grand Prize of the Campaign. The Campaign does not apply to legal persons.
  • Digital stamps collected with transactions executed with AGR cards of the Alexela Group cannot participate in the draws of the Campaign (incl. current or former employees of the Alexela Group and their family members executing transactions with an AGR card).
  • Participation in the Campaign is free of charge.
  • All personalised Home Cards will automatically start collecting digital stamps during the campaign period, for participating in the Campaign.
  • The Campaign Organiser has the unilateral right to change the rules of the Campaign for a good reason or to interrupt the Campaign and stop awarding prizes. The Organiser considers circumstances that the Organiser cannot influence as good reasons and in the case of which it cannot be expected from it, approaching from the principle of reasonability that it could have considered it or avoided it, at the time of announcing the Campaign.
  • The Campaign Organiser is not responsible for the possible damages that may occur to the winners and/or third parties through the use of the prizes.
  • The participant in the Campaign bears any costs incurred by him/her for participating in the Campaign and taking delivery of the prize.
  • All promotional materials used in the Campaign are of an illustrative nature.
  • The procedure for conducting the Campaign is established by the Campaign Organiser in the current rules. All decisions of the Campaign Organiser concerning the executing of the Campaign are final and binding on the participants of the Campaign.
  • All complaints regarding the organisation and/or conduct of the Campaign must be sent by 16.09.2021 in writing to the Campaign Organiser to the address: AS Alexela, Rosen 11, 10111 Tallinn with the remark "Campaign" or the e-mail address alexela@alexela.ee. Complaints will be resolved within 10 (ten) workdays at the latest, counted from when the complaint was received.
  • Questions not regulated by the rules of the Campaign are approached from the legislation of the Republic of Estonia. All disputes arising from the Campaign will be settled according to the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
