Alexela mobile app enables you to:

  • Register as a My Alexela customer and get the many benefits of the Alexela loyalty program.
  • Find the closest fuel station or convenience store easily.     
  • Monitor your transaction history, invoices and customer card benefits.
  • Sign electricity and natural gas contracts.
  • Order the Fuel Taxi that conveniently brings the fuel to the doorstep of private and business customers in Tallinn and Harju County.
  • Join the community programme and decrease the environmental impact of your rides.

  1. Download the Alexela app and log in using Smart-ID or Mobile-ID.
  2. Add a payment method to the app.
  3. On the app’s home screen, select the “Scan or pay” function.
  4. Based on your location, the app will suggest the fuel station where you are. Next, confirm it or scan the QR code on the fuel pump.
  5. The app will display the instruction “Start fueling within 3 minutes.”
  6. Insert the nozzle into your vehicle and start fueling. Fueling ends when the nozzle is placed back in its holder.
  7. Check the purchase details in the app and find the receipt in your purchase history.
