To get the most benefit from the package, the user should use the Alexela app, as it offers the easiest way to change the selection on a monthly basis. You can make your choices up to 12 calendar months in advance.

The fixed price included in the "Choose Yourself" electricity package is announced each month for the following month no later than the 20th.
You can make your choice each month by the 28th — whether you want to be on a fixed price or on the exchange price for the next month. Selections can always be made up to 12 months ahead and can be conveniently changed either in the Alexela App or in the self-service portal. If no selection is made for a given month, the exchange price will apply automatically. This package is offered to private customers.

The electricity package is open-ended, and Alexela AS reserves the right to change the monthly fee and margin specified in the contract with 30 days’ notice.
