How to collect raffle tickets?
- Become a customer of Alexela and make sure that your loyalty card is linked to your personal identification number
- Buy a hot drink with your own cup at Alexela and register the purchase with your loyalty card
- Confirm your participate in the campaign in the Alexela app or website
It's that simple! You can see your virtual raffle tickets via our self-service or app.
- Each hot drink (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, iced coffee) purchased with your own cup gives you 1 virtual ticket.
- 1 drink with your own cup = 1 virtual raffle ticket for a trip to Colombia (every coffee purchased with your own cup increases your chances of winning)
- Always register your personalized loyalty card for all purchases and refueling - it allows you to collect digital stamps
