Alexela employs more than 1000 people, from ten different nationalities, and we operate in five different countries. During the value creation period that began in 2018, it became clear to us that each of our employees is a force capable of changing the world. Our shared values characterize what is common and inherent to us across the Alexela group, and also what we strive for. Our unified values are not from polished textbooks or obtained from consultants.
