To order petrol or diesel fuel

To order petrol or diesel please call 6290002 Mo-Fr 8.30-16.30 or fill in the following order form.

• The minimum amount of petrol or diesel to be purchased wholesale and carried by your own transport is 1000 litres.
• The fuel can be obtained at the Alexela Terminal AS located in Paldiski at Rae põik 6 on the basis of the authorisation given by AS Alexela Oil.
• We also offer transportation services. Delivery terms are discussed in advance.
• The cost of transportation in Tallinn and the Harju County is 0.015 EUR/litre  (0.24 EEK/litre) inclusive of VAT.

Where is it permitted to use diesel fuel with a fiscal marker?

Subsection 2 of Section 1¹ of the Fiscal Marking of Liquid Fuel Act determines where the marked diesel fuel may be used. The act is available here.

Change in procedures for ordering special-purpose diesel fuel

In accordance with Section 4 of the Minister of Finance Regulation No. 14 of 11 March 2010 “Procedure for monitoring excise duty goods”, when the right of ownership is transferred, the purchaser of excise duty goods should confirm the transaction in the information system.

Companies should apply for permission to use the Information System for customs supervision of excise duty goods (JVIS) allowing them to communicate electronically with the Estonian Tax and Customs Board (TCB) in order to receive notices concerning the monitoring of excise duty goods which have been granted tax concession.

It is necessary to mark the boxes JVIS – esitamine (submission) and JVIS – vaatamine (viewing).

The power of attorney/application should be signed by a member of the company's management board (person specified in the B-card).

The digitally signed application should be submitted to pohja at emta dot ee .

Private persons may access the JVIS with out filling out any additional applications.

Instructions for confirming the application:

• Go to the homepage of the Tax and Customs Board at www.emta.ee .
• In the right upper corner select „E-maksuamet / e-toll“ (e-Tax Board / e-Customs)
• Identify yourself with your ID-card or using other means
• Select the role: private person or company
• On the dark blue bar select „E-tolliteenused“ (E-customs services)
• From the column on the left select JVIS and press enter
• From the menu select „Esitatud taotlused“ (Submitted applications) →„Aktiivsed taotlused“ (Active applications)
• The seller’s application will be displayed. Move the cursor to the right end of the screen until you see an icon looking like a magnifying glass. Click on it.
• Click on the button „Kinnita taotlus“ (Confirm application)
• Check the accuracy of the information specified in the application. NB! The amount of goods is shown in kilograms.
• Click on the button „Kinnita taotlus“ (Confirm application)
• Click on the button “Jätka” (Continue)
• The JVIS will confirm the application. The text „Kinnitus edastatud“ (Application confirmed) will be displayed.
• The TCB will continue to process the application and will forward the information about its acceptance to the seller.
