Safe means of payment for clients.
Alexela client card is in compliance with the security requirements set forth to a magnetic card. The card has a PIN code that will be disclosed only to the card user.It is possible to have an unlimited number of client cards under one client account
Records of the client card usage are kept in the Card Centre.
The client will receive a periodical statement of the account and transactions of the client cardThe discount granted to a client card depends on the type of payments and the turnover of the cards in litres
In the case of Advance payment, the client will make an advance payment to the bank account of AS Alexela Oil when entering into contract. The amount of advance payment can be selected by the client according to his actual consumption. At the end of the month Alexela will submit an invoice/statement notice of the client card usage for the previous month.
In the case of Payment by invoice, the invoices will be sent to the client with the frequency and deadlines previously agreed upon.

Bring the filled contract signed by a legal representative of the company to the nearest fueling station or send it by mail to our card center at Roseni 13, Tallinn 10111.

PROTECT YOUR CARD!
When you lose your card, please call on work days from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to the card centre on 6290 001, 6290 029 or 24 h at mobile phone 530 77 877.
To avoid the abuse of your card, never reveal your PIN code to anybody!
If you lose or forget your PIN, you will have to request a new loyalty card. You also need a new loyalty card, if your current card is damaged or if you wish to change the card terms and conditions. In this case, it is a chargeable service and costs 1,92 € (30 kroons).
